As a consequence of the already launched Anti-Dumping Investigation the EC has now started the investigation about possible unfair subsidies granted to producers or exporters of new or retreaded TBR tyres in the People’s Republic of China. This kind of subsidies seem to be obvious taking into account that many of prices of these imports can barely cover the pure material costs.
The investigation will be concluded within 13 months of the date of the publication of this Notice in the Official Journal of the European Union. Provisional measures may be imposed no later than nine months from the publication of this Notice. Read the complete text of the announcement
